Less Drama, More Data!

Imagine you're talking to a friend about your favorite movie.

You wouldn't write a whole essay, right? You'd just say "Movie: sci-fi" or "Snacks: popcorn, duh!" JSON is like that for computers. It lets them share info in a super simple way, using {curly braces} and [square brackets] with key-value pairs like "name: Alex" or "wins: 5". Everyone from websites to games uses JSON because it's so easy to understand, kind of like the chillest chatroom for data!
